This cake was made for the press release of the UK Premiere of The Walt Disney Company’s new adaptation of Cinderella.
The carriage itself measure 120cm in length and the circular part is all cake with the detailling being made from chocolate. The grey you see is gananche painted, rather than covering the sphere in fondant we decided on on colouring the ganache by hand, so that once the cake was cut there wasn’t a heavy load of icing to get through.
