I was so happy to make this cake last June for friends who I hadn’t seen in a very long time! Surgeon Gavin had just finished his residency and they were celebrating this and him being a full-fledged transplant surgeon. I had free reign on the design and during the research process I found Lego hospitals and operating rooms. Done!
