Birch Log cake with Longhorn 'Carving'
I was trying to come up with a fun way to do a rustic cake for a birthday celebration & still incorporate his love for the UT Longhorns. So it occurred to me it would be really cool to have a Longhorn ‘carved’ into a birch tree instead of initials! They loved it!
Dark chocolate cake with chocolate chip cookie dough filling & chocolate ganache.
