Ballet Shoe and Ruffle Birthday Cake

A pretty two tier cake with a petal ruffle bottom tier which was done to emulate a ballerinas tutu and a top tier with a round box style cake which hand painted roses, which would be home to a pretty set of rose ballet slippers.
