Audrey, who just turned 18, wanted an Audrey Hepburn-inspired birthday cake; the look is elegant and sophisticated as is Audrey. Colors are black and white with additional metallic colors, bronze, gold and silver. Flowers are made with wafer paper. Audrey, the birthday girl, was wearing black and silver too!!
