I made this cake for my youngest daughter’s friends 5th birthday. She was delighted with it and told her mum afterwards it was the best cake ever. Can’t get anymore lovely than that. She also helped me cut it up as I was worried she might get upset if she saw me doing it on my own. We carefully took out the ice castle and of course I had to carefully cut off the picture at the front to ensure it went home safely with the birthday girl.
