This is a 5 tier cake designed exclusively for the Wedding of an Interior Designer. The tiers are influenced by fabrics, textiles and painting techniques. The colors are coral and blue. The bottom tier features layered wafer paper that has been sponge painted in coral and blue. The second tier features an elegant diamante pattern, the third tier is coral with blue food color sponge painted on and highlighted with silver luster dust. the tall tier has a wafer paper wrap that has been hand painted with blue food dye in an ikat pattern. The top tier has been made to resemble ruched fabric. The cake features coral fantasy flowers.
