Oh my goodness this cake was a challenge!! My customer wanted a cake to be an exact replica of his proposal to his lovely fiance – on the ice rink in front of the Rockefeller statue and enormous Christmas tree. It was so hard to come up with a design!! Thanks for looking :-D
