We went Back To The Future for this totally radical bodacious towering 80’s cake! Each tier was a special request from the client, & the silhouette tier matched the event T-shirts.

The bottom tier is an 80’s Boom Box, complete with cassettes & equalizer. it’s a HUGE Southern Italian Cream cake, so heavy that my husband had to get on one end & me the other to move it onto the cake board.

The next tier up is Michael Jackson’s Thriller jacket & famous glove. It is a Banana Pudding cake, complete with Nilla wafers stacked between the tiers.

The third tier is Girls Just Wanna Have Fun, with the hand-cut silhouettes. I just HAD to sneak in the famous Flashdance scene, too! (LOVE that movie!) it is a Black Velvet Oreo cake with white chocolate Oreo filling.

The top tier is all about wanting my MTV, with its logo, album covers & the topper is an original PEZ dispenser from the 80’s—-we cut off the top & placed it on the cake. The top tier is Mojito cake & filling.

The Pac Man board is all edible, & hand-cut.
