I absolutely LOVE sloths so I was thrilled when asked to do this! This is an 8-inch rainbow-inside vanilla almond dairy-free cake with vegan buttercream, with a handmade fondant sloth sitting on a little woven grass mat, surrounded by fondant flowers.
So fun…and now, I can say I made a sloth cake. Weeee! Now if only I can meet a sloth in person…..
