Made a two tier cake to celebrate this year’s carnival. Hope you all had lots of fun. The cake is entirely made with fondant and gumpaste including the decoration s, such as the mask and feathers. I’ve always been a fan of the Venetian masquerade parties so I gave it a shot for the first time!
