I was asked to create a romantic cake so thought I would try my hand at the flower ruffle at the bottom, hats off to you all that do it, I nearly ripped it off and gave up it was tricky and took me eight hours in all to complete just that part of it, but pleased I stuck at it, then did free hand piped lace work with edible pearls and sugar roses, I also blinged up an existing cake stand with extra diamante hope you enjoy it x

Nina this is absolutely stunning! It was def worth the 8 hours. Believe me I understand I have done the ruffles in various styles on about 6 cakes now and each and every time it takes hours upon hours and halfway through I want to give up. But all of your work paid off because this is so flawless.
