Cake & a few leaves....

I have posted the “flowers”
… now I repeat myself with the leaf flowers – on the cake – at the venue.

The cake: fresh lemon cake & made from scratch Raspberry Italian Meringue Buttercream filling and crumb coat.
Though I find white chocolate ganache is much more structured and gives a better finish, IMB is the taste I encourage for my customers.

The design: A Unique flower especially for the couple, inspired by their invitation & made entirely of sugar leaves.

I don’t know how you feeI, but I think flowers made of leaves have endless design possibilities, particularly for autumn weddings and especially on a larger scale??
