This weekend I entered CI Manchester for the first time
My cake was a tribute to my dad who I sadly lost to the big C in 2007 .. He was a chief petty officer in the Royal Navy for 25 years , I never got to make him a cake .
Imagine an abandoned weather beaten hat , forgotten on the deck of an old rusted up war ship crashing against the waves , the year is when my dad was born ……
I’m so happy to say I won GOLD and 1ST in category ….. I hope you like x
