White wedding

I’m testing the water a bit with this cake, as I have decided to exhibit at my first wedding fair in two weeks time and this is one of my cakes. Any comments good or bad would be appreciated, as I would love to know if this is the kind of cake people might like.

I wanted to create a cake that was modern, but still had traditional elements. I also wanted to show that you don’t have to have expensive sugar roses, that other techniques can be just as effective.
