This was a very short notice cake from a gentleman to his wife…he had already commisioned a cake for her birthday celebration then decided he wanted ine more for their private family celebration a day before. The design was left to me and this is the fastest flowers Ive made abd the fastest Ive baked and decorated a cake ! It was an eggless dark lindt chocolate cake with dark choc ganache…I use fondant mostly as decoration now so this was not covered in fondant.
