I loved doing this cake! My returning customer brief was that the cake was to be a large No 7 with some Roller Skates on and left the rest to me. I really wanted to make it fun and funky and came up with the idea of the coloured board. My daughter said it looked like a disco cake (which I was really chuffed with as that is what I wanted it to look like)
The cake was just over 16" in length to give you an idea of how big it was – just wish I did a bigger board to show off the colours!
My customer was over the moon with it, hope you all like it too :)
