I present to you my creation made during the Pastry and Ice-cream Show International Sigep Rimini 17-22 January 2015.
It was a CHOCOLATE EGG 100% decorated in royal icing. All the creation was about 60cm tall.
It was a beautiful adventure and a fruitfull collaboration with the international company Perugina – Nestlè Professional.
