My client wanted a special birthday cake for his wife. All he said was it needed to have a dragonfly on it. Well, when I think of dragonflies I think of Tiffany lamps! When you give a cake artist free rein, she tends to go way overboard!

The dragonflies are isomalt, hand-painted. The cake is gluten free white chocolate mud with white chocolate buttercream filling.

And what good is a lamp unless it lights up? :-)
