A very special cake made for one of my customers son Will who is a player at The Peterborough United Academy. I have done quite a few football cakes but they’ve all been dome shaped so this one really tested me. Having said that the end result was perfect. Inside is rainbow coloured marble cake with vanilla buttercream covered with white chocolate ganache.
