Roaring 20's Classy Ruffles

My customer ordered this for a surprise Roaring 20’s birthday bash he threw for his wife.

He wanted something classy and sophisticated looking.

It’s a 6"/8". fondant pearls, wafer paper rose on top, and wafer paper ruffles.
