I call this perfect naked wedding cake as the sides are straight!!!
I was totally honoured to create this 3 tier 4 layers of raspberry n white chocolate mud cake layered with lashings of white chocolate truffle & fresh Hawkes Bay NZ raspberries for our very own NZ international rugby player of 2014 All Black Brodie Retallick & his gorgeous bride Niki & it featured in NZ New Idea weekly magazine. ……which not only named me but also my cake business!!!!!!
So super duper proud as this was my second one in a month!!!!!!
