I made this cake inspired by Jessica Harris’s tutorial (http://jessicaharriscakedesign.com/2014/03/gift-box-cake-tutorial/). The cake was paneled with modeling chocolate and the decorations are cut out of a 70/30 mix of modeling chocolate and fondant. The bow is made with the template provided in JH’s Craftsy class “Clean and Simple Cake Design”
