I made this cake for a little girl in my daughter’s class at school. The brief was to make a princess cake, but not Disney. I hope that was achieved with this pretty pink and white cake?

Of course every princess needs a tiara and a castle, so they had to be included on the cake. I was really pleased with the gumpaste tiara, previously they have all collapsed. You can’t see on the pictures, (the light was really bad today) but there are also Swarovski crystals on the tiara to give it a little more sparkle.
