A three tier chocolate wedding cake.
This cake now has a career of its own, it was used for the introduction to a British TV cake show, has been used on postcards, birthday cards, posters and unfortunately other people’s web sites (allas one of our local journalists didn’t put a watermark on the photo when she published her web article).
All I can say is that I wish the cake a long and lovely career!
