This cake has ruffles, sparkles and ganache texture for the top two tiers. Red roses, blackberries, filler flowers, berries and moss finish up the decor.
I was going for an elegant but organic feel with this cake. Snow white was a princess (elegance) who hung out with the 7 dwarfs in the forest (organic/earthy). :)
