I was asked to make a Full Moon cake in honour of a chinese tradition celebrating a new born’s first month. As the baby was born in the Year of the Horse I needed to incorporate some horsey input. The cake is all chocolate with home made lemon curd and chocolate ganache. Happy Full Moon!
