8-inch square 2-layer cake in ALL buttercream except hand painted bow (with airbrush paint poured into a small container, and brushed on first layer in blue, then after it dried, pearlescent paint over). Devils food cake inside. Frosted smooth white buttercream, then made stripes in blue all around cake. Used #3 tip to create ruffle on either side of each stripe. then I placed dots in between stripes in a vertical row. Beaded boarders in white in #5 tip.
