Green & red Poinsettia

Here is a rustic style royal iced rich boozy fruit cake I did for a dear friend of mine who has been fighting cancer for three years now. For every year I get to make her a cake, is always a bonus. She’s the first friend I made in UK and has been such a dear friend, she is family to us.
I made the green and red poinsettias and Chrismas rose in sugar.
