Holiday Candle Cake

Made for our Rainbow Community Center’s holiday event. Four 6" round cakes, raspberry Coulis filling, iced in Italian meringue buttercream and covered in rolled fondant. Snowflakes are gumpaste overpiped with royal icing. Little battery operated votive candles.
