Here is one I was so loving but dreeding. My first ever 4 tiered wedding cake but also first square tiered as well as first hand piped caked even though the piping was very minimal. I had never covered a square tier ever in my life until this day. Scary as heck but at the end of the day you just have to believe in yourself and what you have learnt over the time you have been decorating, and that is all I did.
Bottom tier is choc cake with thin mint buttercream, second tier is French Vanilla with oreo buttercream and third and top tier are choc cake with cookie dough filling. All of these flavors were of brides request. I loved doing this cake so much but definitely scary as I have never done so much of this cake before. I even stripped second to bottom tier at 10am day of wedding as I was not happy with the fondant and re-did it!

Wedding cakes are the scariest of all cakes as you have some ones big day at stake. I have done many magazine cakes and collab cakes but none put you to the test like a wedding cake! My hands shake so bad and I almost want to vomit the entire time until delivery, than I wait on pins and needles til I hear all is good but my God they are so worth it.

I hope you all like it and get inspired to push yourselves over that comfort zone and into the ….OMG I want to vomit zone, lol! Design was a compromise of what the brides inspiration pic was and what we came up with together.
