I was asked to make a cake for an aged care facility that was very ‘Christmassy’. I chose tradition and fun as the elements. Tradition is the wreath, stripes, Christmas tree and reindeer that was piped to look like tapestry. And the fun came with the hand modelled Santa and elves. Wishing everyone a safe and happy Christmas.
