December is a busy birthday month in our house. Here is my daughter Hattie’s 5th birthday cake. When your 5, there is no question of the theme for your cake – Frozen, Frozen, Frozen, and of course it has to be Elsa. This cake was inspired by one of my favourite cake makers, the truly fabulous Emma Jayne at a Emma Jayne Cake Design. For Christmas I have asked Santa, well his Elf, if I can go on a course run by Emma Jayne. Her cakes are just draw dropping. I always try and name a change to cakes I love, but it’s hard when the originals are so good. I hope you like this one with the added changes. Sam
