This is my contribution to the Sir Peter Jackson collaboration where 31 bakers from New Zealand came together to create cake art to celebrate Sir Peter Jackson’s movies. I chose Smaug the Dragon as I love dragons – especially mean and scary ones! I was mesmerised by the character when I saw the movie. I am so excited to see the final in the trilogy.

Smaug is made from Cereal treats inside and covered with fondant, molded and air brushed. My representation is Smaug coming out of the bed of coins when Bilbo comes to look for the white Diamond.
