I had the absolute pleasure of being part of a New Zealand wide collab celebrating Sir Peter Jackson’s movies.

I chose to do Gollum because he’s my fav character and I have been wanting for ages to create him in sugar though I’m not good with scary and this guy seriously freaked me out when I was making him! He got turned around to face the wall so he wasn’t looking at me tehehe.

Gollum was made from NZ Bakels fondant and Kevin Martin’s ‘Chocit’ modelling chocolate and painted with Rainbow Dust Colours Ltd from Kiwicakes. The hair was made with Ciccio Cakes sugar lace recipe.
