Michael is an amazing pastry chef. We’ve worked together, where I’ve made toppers for some of his cakes. This time though, it was his birthday and his girlfriend ordered a cake as a surprise for him. He obviously loves baking, but also Manchester United and hurling. Had fun with this cake.sugaa
