I had the honor of creating this cake for DIY Weddings Magazine winter 2014 issue. Sweet Candace Chand put so many hours into organizing this lovely collection of 50 Desserts From Around the Globe, I’m so grateful (excited, freaking out) to be included with so many of my cake idols.

My design is titled “The Kiss” focusing on 2 very trendy techniques in the cake world right now. A hand painted bride and groom silhouette about to share their first kiss as husband and wife and wafer paper rolled roses tipped in black gel food colors. Black sugar pearls and ribbon accents.
