This cake was a real joy to make and finally I laid my hands onto a home-made modelling chocolate… I really don’t know what took me so long!! Such a great material to work with! This cake was made for an 18 yr old Game Of Thrones super fan and apparently he didn’t allow for the cake to be cut! I have to admit that’s a lovely compliment :-)
