18th birthday cake for Holly who is a fantastic sprinter and a member of Raheny Shamrocks Athletic team. Hopefully one day, we’ll see her competing in the Olympics representing Ireland. Caramel mud cake with layers of Dolce Leche buttercream and choc fudge ganache.
