Another Christmas Cake – it is nearly December! I made this for my Son’s school Xmas fair, he has severe learning difficulties and also suffers from autism and epilepsy. He therefore attends a specialist school for children with additional needs. I wanted to try and make a cake that was simple in design, not very busy to look at and that would make the children smile and this is what I came up with! I know the post box is not the most original of designs but hopefully Santa and Rudolph make it a bit more unique.
