Dark chocolate mud cake filled with chocolate buttercream and covered with white chocolate ganache – all the birthday girl’s favorites – and her cat’s too it would seem (Rachel turned her back on the cake for less than 10 seconds to put the box aside and Max the cat jumped up onto the table to have a taste!) Needless to say the whole top of the cake had to be cut right off and although Rachel was perhaps not happy about that Max the cat was VERY happy with the outcome!
