This is my first time to make an ICE AGE cake and what a pleasure it was to make! It was also my first time to use isomalt. Very easy to use!The charachters were not easy to model and I was not totally happy with Scrat but after 18 hours working on this cake he just had to do!!!! I really loved making this cake!
