I designed this cake in photoshop in June for a November birthday (see second photo). In September I received Zoe Clarks new book ‘Simply Perfect Party Cakes’ and from that book I was inspired by Zoe’s idea for the buildings around the bottom tier. The cake is chocolate mud cake with chocolate ganache
