Gucci clutch

Another Fashionista cake on similar lines of my earlier Stiletto cake, but this time it’s with a Gucci clutch. Hope you all like it! :)
A fresh cream cake with fondant toppers and accents. Clutch is made with rice crispies inside.

Fabulous job, you said the cake is fresh cream, do you whip it really thick to get it to cover so smooth? ;-)

Thank you Christine! Yes, it’s whipped cream. I whip it to normal soft peak consistency and cover the cake, then I use a hot palate knife to make it smooth :)
