Chocolate Country Charm

This Cake was for a Country Wedding, all three tiers of this cake and the kitchen cake were gluten free (still new to baking GF cakes so I always get a little nervous) . The flavours were Chocolate Mud, Turkish Delight Mud and White Chocolate Raspberry coated in a Chocolate fondant. Hessian was used though out the reception venue and so were blackboards (which influenced the design of this cake).
