This cake was done for a baby’s first birthday and one of the first few tiered cakes that I have made. Cake covered with fondant and toppers made with rice krispie treats and fondant. The baby ended up being sick on the day of the party so the customer had to freeze the cake and save for later. She kept it frozen for two months and when they finally had the party she said the cake was great and couldn’t tell it had been frozen.
