This cake was for one of my good friends and I was so happy to be able to do this for her! All 3 tiers are vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream. The bottom tier has white chocolate ganache, middle tier milk chocolate ganache, and top tier is marbled ganache! I modeled the elephant from fondant with tylose and I personally LOVED the way she came out :)
