This one was for my customer who asked for a hedgehog cake for her mums 69th birthday. I found something similar to this in a figurine and loved it so went with it. The pot is a 8" tall vanilla cake with a choc ganache and raspberry filling. The Hedgehog I made with RKT and a styro ball for the head all covered in Modelling chocolate.

I fell in love with these little guys so much while researching that I dropped of the cake and then straight to pick up my new little addition to our family. Yes you guessed it a sweet little baby girl hedgie and we named her Dizzy!!!! My hubby said no more cute little animal cakes ever again,lol!
