I’ve had the opportunity to learn from YounJoung from Korea how to make this. Her creations are so pretty. Who knew we could make these flowers with something other than fondant… <3
I found out that Korean butter is white, how wonderful is that? They get to color their buttercream without that yellowish tint and most of all, they get to make white flowers.. :D We need to get those butter imported! Haha…
