This 50th birthday cake was made for Lenny who is an electrician. His family requested that his cake be a toolbag with tools that would generally be used by an electrician in their day to day job. This cake is made from choc mud, with handmade fondant tools and caters for approx 60 desert / 120 coffee sized portions
